4. Shipping & Delivery
We offer free standard UK shipping on orders over £35. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are indicative only — we cannot guarantee delivery within specific timeframes, particularly during busy periods or in cases of courier delays.
Risk of loss and damage passes to you upon delivery. If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at the email address below.
5. Returns & Refunds
We want you to love what you receive. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receipt, provided the item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
To initiate a return, please contact us at our support email address. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent.
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item.
For hygiene reasons, the following items are non-returnable: intimate apparel, shapewear that has been worn or washed, and skincare items that have been opened or used.

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of receipt with a description and photograph of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
